Film gives us a unique way to experience and reflect on the psyche. This presentation will begin with a discussion of the importance of film as a modern art form, and then explore some of the specifics of the recent Wonder Woman film. Special attention will be given to the Amazon/Artemis archetype.
Steven Galipeau, M.A., M.Div. is a Jungian Analyst in private practice in Woodland Hills, California and President and Executive Director of Coldwater Counseling Center in Studio City. Steve is the author of The Journey of Luke Skywalker: An Analysis of Modern Myth and Symbol as well as articles and reviews on a variety of topics related to Analytical Psychology. He is a frequent lecturer at the C.G. Jung Institute.
