As the first person who introduces her son to the feminine principle of relatedness, the mother plays an important role in her son’s masculine development. In this elective we can discuss how the nature of the mother-son relationship is influenced by the mother archetype at the core of the mother complex.
Learning Objectives:
This seminar is designed to help you:
- Identify and explore the mother complex in a man.
- Discuss the mother’s role in her son’s masculine development.
- Discuss the relationship between the mother complex of a man and the archetype of anima.
